No. The first engagement is always a single scoped project. If it's not the right fit, the conversation ends there. Retainers that follow are month to month.
No. Backbone is a virtual practice, so I can work with businesses anywhere. Nearly everything I do is handled remotely. If a project genuinely needs onsite coordination, that's something we can discuss and arrange.
